He is survived by: his daughter Lisa Sweeney (Mark) of Macomb, IL; his daughter-in-law Donna Winters (late Steve) of Augusta, IL; his grandchildren, Jenna Lilly (Chris), Jason Winters and Jaci Winters (Brandon Cornell); his son Kevin Winters (Rita) of Bowen, IL; his grandchildren, Kayla Neisen (Brad) and Cierra Hiland (Kraig); his son Herb Winters (Barb) of Central City, KY; his grandchildren, Kyle Winters, Kelsey Wolfe (Kris) and Karisa Porter (Ridge); and his son Mark Winters (Tammy, family: Levi Winters, Cody Myers, Austin Myers, Brayden, Brock Winters) of Augusta, IL. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
