He is survived by: his close friend Debbie Gardner; his children, Coty Steffen and Quinton Steffen; his stepchildren, Jessica Gardner (Travis Watkins), Justin Gardner (Jesslyn) and Randa Gardner; and his siblings, Janice Stroud (Doug), Marshall Steffen (Libby), Ray Steffen (Gina Troutner) and Lori Doyle. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
