He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William G., Jr. and Helen Modlinger Bird; his wife Pamela Beth Acord; his children, William Bird IV (Dawn) of Morrison, Missy Knight (George) of Auburn and Laura Eaker (Bruce) of Auburn; his grandchildren, Will Bird (Michelle), Dub Knight, Grace Detloff (Luke), Cooper Eaker (Alana), Cord Knight, Andy Bird, Benji Eaker (Ellison), Sami Eaker and Ellie Knight; and his sister Ruth Anne Drush.
