He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Baker and Marion Baker (Fleming); his siblings, Mary Borden, Martha West, Robert Baker and Hobart Wood; and his daughter Karen Baker.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Garst; his children, Mike Baker, Kristine Friesen (James) and Patricia Mitchell (Jay); his grandchildren, Ryan (Jessica) and Chad Friesen (Christina); and his great grandchildren, Raelynn, Samuel, Jade, Piper and Charli Friesen.
A memorial service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Baptist Church (310 W Madison St, Girard, IL 62640).
