She was predeceased by: her siblings, Della Starks and Jim Allen; and her parents, Leonard "Froggy" and Cleora Allen (Leach). She is survived by: her children, Pat Prehoda (Mike), David Newberry, Karen Newberry and Neal Newberry (Lisa) of Honolulu, HI; her husband Sam "Ike" Newberry; and her grandchildren, Lindsey, Simon, Nathan, Sam and Liz.
Due to Covid-19, A private graveside funeral is scheduled Friday, November 13.
