He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hefer and Eva Mull Hefer; and his sister Judy Ealey. He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Janowiak; and his children, Beth Ann Warner (Ken) of Florida, Michele Johnson (Tony) of Divernon and Brian D. Hefer (Judy) of Northfield, MN. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
