He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Meadows and Edna Meadows (Elliot); and his siblings, Shirley "Tag", Darlene, Brenda, Chuck and Glen.
He is survived by: his wife Diane Meadows of Auburn; his children, Frank, Charles, Dirk, Treva, Melanie, Michael and Michelle; his grandchildren, Breanna, Amanda, Shelby, Blain, Emily (Lux) and Leah; his daughters, Corinne, Tricia, Heather and Bambi; and his brother Bill. He is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
