She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Glen Howard and Mary Elizabeth Park Howard; her husband Joseph; her children, Joe Powell (Connie) of Auburn, Debbie Bailey (Jack) of Auburn, Mary Beth Finley (Mark) of Bloomington and Mark Powell (Janet) of Tampa, FL; and her brothers, Loren Larsen of Rochester, Ralph Howard of Monticello and Greg Howard of Maryland. She was also cherished by eleven grandkids.
