He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, William "Dick" Manship, Dale E. Gulley, Lloyd Taulbee, Shirley Cogdill and Mary C. Taulbee.
He is survived by: his parents, Heather R. Manship and Michael J. Manship; his siblings, Kamy Burton, Jacob Logue, Leaum Quinn and Zane Manship; his grandparents, Marcia and Larry Richardson; his great-grandparent Gloria Manship; and his grandparents, Rick Taulbee and Tammy Chitwood. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins.
