He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack F. Carter and Tillie Mast Sanders; his stepfather William Sanders; and his brother Duane Carter. He is survived by: his siblings, Virginia "Jennie" Dickerson (Randy) of Arthur, Jack Carter of Sullivan, Barb Carter of Altamont, Billie Jo Fitzpatrick of San Antonio, TX and Bobbie Jo Stutzman (Gary) of Arthur; and his close friend Roger Howard. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions will be used to help pay for funeral expenses.
