It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Richard Taylor (Atwood, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on April 21, 2007, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Haskle Taylor and Laura Deckard Taylor; his wife Flossie; his brothers-in-law, Ralph McMullen and Max Barnett; and his great-nephew Scottie Barnett.

He is survived by: his sisters, Irene McMullen of Arthur, Nadine Taylor of Arthur and Linda Barnett of Atwood; and his nieces and nephews, Kimberly Gee (Gary) of Hammond, Connie Lovellette (Bryan) of Clinton, Indiana, Max Barnett II of Tennessee and David Barnett of Atwood. He is also survived by 3 step-children, many step-grandchildren, step-great-grandchildren.
