She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Fombelle and Helen Keyes Fombelle; her husband Melvin D. Fay; and her siblings, George Fombelle (Alberta), Glenn Fombelle (Betty), Robert Fombelle, Dorothy Haynes (Elton) and Betty Frye (Harold).
