Joanne Schable Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joanne Schable of Atwood, Illinois, who passed away on October 18, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Loren W. Schable of Atwood; her brothers, Ronald (Goldie) and Charles "Chalk" Taylor (Luella); her son-in-law Tom Hargis; and her grandsons, Eric Prochnow and Lee Robinson.
She is survived by: her children, Susan Cribb (Jay) of Lake Villa, IL, Peggy Hargis (Allan Penwell) of Sullivan and Bill Schable (Shari) of Atwood. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and her many nieces and nephews.
Due to the Covid epidemic, graveside services will be private with Rev. Grant Wade, Sullivan Christian Church officiating.
