He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Decker-Rockhold and Laura Decker-Rockhold (Smith); his sons, Keith Waddell and Tom Decker; and his son-in-law Robert Winlund.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Crouch; his children, Dianna Winlund (Roger Waddell) of Henry, IL, Jodi Bennett (Matt) of Atwater, IL and Wayne Decker of Carlinville, IL; his grandchildren, Ben Rodriguez (Melissa), Tommy Winlund (Julie), Kenneth Winlund, Addison Decker, Dylan Bennett, Landon Cox, Shelbye Decker (Dustin Underwood), Brittaney Decker (Tony McCauley), Mikel Decker (Andrew Cooper) and Lissa Bennett; his great grandchildren, Alex Rodriguez, Robert Underwood, Micaela Rodriguez and Hazel Cooper; and his children, Lee "Suds" Rodgers, Vicky Bregen and Mike "Mikey" Rodgers.
Memorials are suggested to the Decker family, Emmanuel Baptist Church in Carlinville, or Macoupin County Fair.
