He was predeceased by: his brothers, Wayne Polley and Jim Polley; and his son Robert O. Polley II. He is survived by: his parents, Alva Polley and Bertha Pauline Chowning Polley; his children, Rick Polley (Janet) and Becky Pinney (Jim); and his daughter-in-law Lisa Polley.
