He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Moore and Martha Moore (Prehara); his wife Becky Greathouse; and his siblings, Wayne Moore, Terry Moore, Kenny Moore, John "Mike" Moore, Margie Moore and Anita Moore.

He is survived by: his close friend Debra Kelly; his sons, Jason Moore (Loretta Rempe) and John Moore (Michelle Hill); his grandchildren, Dylan Moore and Chasity Moore; his pets, Susie and Coco; and his sisters, Sara Moore and Delores Jean Brockschmidt.
