It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ruth Gentry (Atkinson, Illinois), who passed away on November 28, 2019, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter DeRoo and Mayme DeRoo (Cowells). She is survived by: her husband Winfred L. Gentry; her children, Michael Gentry (Sharon), Eugene Gentry (Kari), Kenneth Gentry (Suzi) and Kay Croegaert (Mike); her grandchildren, Brent Gentry (Chris), Jason Gentry (Andrea), Katie Gaspar (John), Drew Croegaert, Blake Croegaert (Laurie), Emily Gentry, Ethan Gentry, Melissa Darden and Lonnie Smith; and her sister Rosemary Entas.
A Recitation of the Rosary will be held at 3:30 p.m. Memorials may be directed to the Ruth Gentry Memorial Fund, of which the family will distribute amongst several local charities.
