She was predeceased by: her parents, Roger Baughman and Caroline Baughman (Vancil); and her siblings, Betty J. Stromgren, Carol J. Temple, Myrna E. Godsil, Richard L. Baughman, Robert K. Baughman and Dennis N. Baughman of Omaha, NE..
She is survived by: her husband Glenn Crockett; her children, Vickie Bartz (Larry) and Curtis Crockett (Rhoda); and her brother Roger L. Baughman (B. J.) of Galesburg. She is also survived by three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to the Phylis Crockett Memorial Fund.
