He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Wenthold and Mildred Wenthold (Einck); and his brother Kenny. He is survived by: his wife Sandra K. Smith; his children, Joshua Wenthold (Kristie), Andrew Wenthold (Kristen), Sarah Johnson (Todd), Rebecca Stephens (Eric), Jonathan Wenthold and David Wenthold (Natascha); his grandchildren, Addison (Alyvia Wenthold), Nathan (Emilie Wenthold), Landon Johnson and Adam Stephens; and his siblings, Mary Lou Busta, Shirley Bohr and Terry Wenthold.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorials be directed to First Baptist Church.
