He is survived by: his wife Dixie; his children, Kurt Lawrence, Atkinson Lawrence, Kris Lawrence (Donna) and Karen Disterhoft (Ken Glines); his brothers, William (Lynn) and Calvin (Paula); his stepsiblings, Albert Johanson, Roger Johanson, Leroy Johanson (Brenda) and Kathy McMean (Randy); and also Atkinson.
