She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Stahl and Edith Stahl; her stepfather Harold Atwell; and her sister Brenda Joseph. She is survived by: her former husband Dave Minnaert; her husband Eugene DeDecker (Ivan); her children, Angie Clarke (Todd) of LeRoy, IL and Travis Goossens (Jennifer Kepner); her grandchildren, Jessica Chastain (Joe), Cade Clarke, Wyatt Goossens, Trevor Dennison and Kaitlynn Dennison; and her sister Bev Miller.

Memorials may be directed to the Barbara DeDecker Memorial Fund.
