She was predeceased by: her parents, Everett L. Scehnet and Louise Scehnet (Wampler); her husband Don L. Kimmons; her daughter Kimberly Sue; and her siblings, Ron Scehnet, Dick Scehnet, Phyllis Stateler and Judy Scehnet.
She is survived by: her children, Donald Kevin Kimmons (Bernice) and Susan Nielsen (George); her grandson Greg Kimmons (Crystal); her great grandchildren, Wesley and Taylor Kimmons; and her sister Betty Wolverton (Richard).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Athens Christian Church or the Central Illinois Food Bank.
