It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lynetta Blair of Athens, Illinois, born in Petersburg, Illinois, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil McDougall and Helen McDougall (Atwood); her husband Willis "Bub" Blair; her sons, Steve and Terry Blair; and her siblings, William "Bill" McDougall, Cecil "Bud" McDougall and Betty Marie McDougall.
She is survived by: her daughter Jeanne Hogg of Athens; her daughter-in-law Pat Blair of Chandlerville; her grandchildren, Gretchen Hodgson (Todd) of Kilbourne, Marinda Behrends (David) of Sheffield and Brandon Blair (Hailey) of Petersburg; her great grandchildren, Cole Hodgson (Jordyn), Hannah Hodgson, Tate Behrends, Toby Behrends, Paisley Blair, Piper Blair and Presley Blair; and her close friend Amy Gentry.
