He is survived by: his children, Nancy Galligan (Tim) of Williamsville and Bill Carter (Trudi) of Athens; his grandchildren, Matt Galligan (Caitlin), Ryan Galligan (Michelle), Emalie Hemberger (Austin), Scot Carter and Tod Carter (Dawn); his great grandchildren, Lila, Daphne, Nash, Birdie and Colynns; and his siblings, Harold Carter (Carol), Eileen Grampp (Charlie), Yvonne Dobey and Carolyn Sue Bishop.
