With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Kenneth Weatherby (Athens, Illinois), who passed away on February 1, 2023 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Emmett Weatherby and Mattie Bates Weatherby; his siblings, Kermit, Florence and Frances Constant; his wife Erna Wade; his children, Kent Weatherby (Dana), Nancy Thomas (Kevin) and Beth Horner (Dennis); his grandchildren, Cole, Luke, Adam, Jacob, Betty (Dan), Mark (MiKayla), Megan and Elaine; and his great grandchild Clare. He was also cherished by many loving nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions can be made to the Athens Christian Church, Fancy Prairie Volunteer Fire Department, or the Menard County Fair.
