She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Homer Price and Sarah Elizabeth Price (Hinton); her husband Donald "Don" Neisler; her siblings, Wilmer, Uhl, Wade, Fern and Leah Mae; and her great grandchild Teagan Rowland.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Neisler (Connie), Earl Bruce Neisler (Petra), Susan Brodniak and Sharilyn Owings. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
