She is survived by: her spouse Merle Gullidge, Jr.; her children, John Gullidge (Annette) of Louisville, IL, Jason Gullidge (Peggy) of Prairie City, IL and Alicia Gullidge of Assumption, IL; and her grandchildren, Braxton, Bryce, Breanne, Avery, Brock and Cora.
