He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer W. Cook and Mary Cook (Spaulding); and his brother Bob Cook. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Minor; his children, Kent Cook (Kim) of Goodyear, AZ and Crystal Cook-Young (Mark) of Pana, IL; his grandchildren, Vincent Cook of Stonington, IL and Mickayla Cook of Taylorville, IL; his siblings, William Cook (Marina) of Fuquay Varina, NC, Sue Bozarth (Leroy) of Rochester, IL, Cheryl Foster (Dyke) of Pana, IL and Tena Koontz (Kimble) of Moweaqua, IL; and his sister-in-law Marilou Cook. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
