It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kenneth Sloan (Assumption, Illinois), born in Decatur, Illinois, who passed away on May 11, 2020, at the age of 70, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Franklin Sloan and Letha Sloan (Chism); his brother Charles; and his daughter-in-law Angie. He is survived by: his wife Sally Wilson; his sons, Mike Sloan of Assumption, Chuck Smith (Lindsey) of Louisville, KY and Joe Smith (Cassidy) of Springfield, IL; and his siblings, Ron Sloan (Delores) of Pana, IL, Sandra Duzan (Wayne) of Shelbyville, IL and Donna Vannier (Tom) of South Carolina.
