Josephine Stickel Obituary

We are sad to announce that on January 20, 2022, at the age of 94, Josephine Stickel of Assumption, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Yonikus and Gertrude Yonikus (Delaney); her former husband Charles Wesley Stickel, Jr.; and her husband Preceding. She is survived by: her children, William Stickel (Pat) of Murfreesboro, TN, Joe Stickel (Brenda) of Assumption, IL, Kaye Bonn (John) of Moweaqua, IL, Susan Pescitelli (Dennis) of Seabrook Island, SC, Judy Stickel of Moweaqua, IL and Marlene Kinsey (Bill) of Oconee, IL; and her sisters, Mary Nolan of Taylorville, IL and Karen Sartore of Pana, IL.. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-nine great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
