He is survived by: his father Joseph Cavatorta, Jr.; his wife Jordan Lefever; his daughter Jolie Renee; his stepmother Sharon Cavatorta of Mount Carmel, IL; his brother Gregg Crites (Dawn) of Taylorville, IL; and his stepsiblings, Chad Cobb (Ashley) of Manchester, OH, Josh Cobb (Megan) of Booneville, IN and Danielle Hall of Chandler, IN. He is also survived by thirteen nephews; and four nieces.
