With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joanne S. Hott of Assumption, Illinois, born in Springfield, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2023 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Stublefield and Milly Stublefield (Schmitt); and her husband Preston B. Hott of Assumption. She is survived by: her children, Lisa Powell (Jeff) of Westfield, Indiana and Joseph Hott (Mary Lou) of Rogers, Arkansas; her grandchildren, Eric Powell (Ashley) of Carmel, David Powell (Leigh) of Carmel, Ryan Powell (Hendyel Pacheco) of Gainesville, Michael Powell (Chance Woodward) of Amsterdam, Alan Hott (Ashlee) of Las Vegas and Rachel Watterson (John) of Lowell, Arkansas; her great grandchildren, Lilly, Charley Powell, Casey, Mae Watterson and August (Prestyn Powell); and her friend Sharon Miller.
