It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jean Nicol of Assumption, Illinois, who passed away on December 12, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Russell B. Anderson and Pauline Anderson (Maxwell); her former husband Lyle E. Nicol; her husband Preceding; her stepson Lyle "Sonny" Nicol, Jr.; and her brother Robert Anderson.
She is survived by: her daughter Paula Busboom (Scott) of Foley, AL; her stepson Larry Nicol (Marty) of Mitchell, IN; her sisters, Kay Jennings of Moweaqua, IL, Janice Pinkston of Waterloo, WI and Jody Mink (Joe) of Assumption, IL; and her grandchildren, Jill Waddington, Curt Corzine, Tammy Ashby, Guy Corzine, Abby Guenther, Kyle Nicol and Mark Nicol. She is also survived by fifteen great-grandchildren, and nine great great-grandchildren.
Memorials may be made to Tacuseh Outreach Food Pantry or Assumption Public Library District.
