He was predeceased by: his parents, Nellie Manley and Beck. He is survived by: his stepfather Pete Pummill; his wife Audrey Wiggins March; and his children, James Manley, Jr. (Sonya) of Assumption, IL, Pamela Ballinger (Randy) of Virden, IL, Sheri Workman (Randy) of Assumption, IL and Janet Dunn of Decatur, IL. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; many great-grandchildren, step-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
