He was predeceased by: his parents, J. B. Turner and Charity Turner (McCormick); and his siblings, Louise Dolan, Orbie, John, Roland, Curtis and Wayne Turner.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Bakken; his daughters, Debra Turner of Dixon, IL, Jodi Vogeler (Bill) of O'Fallon, MO and Lisa King (Jerry) of Esmond, IL; his grandchildren, Erica Sawyer (CJ) of Dunn, NC, Nathan Parks (Cassandra) of Steward, IL, Erin Ramos (Amador) of Lindenwood, IL, Nolan Turner (Rachel) of Minneapolis, MN, Jake Vogeler (Sara) of Petersburg, VA, Brandi Post (Justin) of Lee, IL, Jami Sandine (Luke), Shelli Solfisburg (Matt) of DeKalb, IL, Kelli Vogeler of O'Fallon, MO and Richard King of Rochelle, IL; and his sister Sue Larsen. He is also survived by 27 great grandchildren, and 5 great-great grandchildren.
