She was predeceased by: her parent Jesse Lee Lewallen; her sister Tish Nelson; and her grandchild Jeremy Lewallen. She is survived by: her children, Glenda Lackland (Allan) of Franklin Grove, IL, Glen Lewallen of Brantwood, WI, Gay, Smith of Shreveport, LA, Gary Lewallen (Barb) of Schaumburg, IL and Ginger Trejo of Conroe, TX; and her siblings, Mary Thursby of St. John, IN, Edith Carpenter of Valparaiso, IN and Zelba Butler of Phoenix, AZ. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren.
