He is survived by: his wife Pauline Weishaar; his children, David Meurer (Kelly) and Michelle Mairs (David); his grandchildren, Troy Mairs (Elizabeth) of Lockport, Adam Mairs of Ashton, Levi Meurer (Jenna), Kimberlee McClanahan (Kyle), Lexi Hilliker (John) of Franklin Grove and Laci Meurer of Ashton; his great grandchildren, Ezekiel and Joshua McClanahan; his siblings, Gene Meurer (Wanda) of Chatham, IL, Merle Meurer (Carolyn) of Ashton, Carol Pitzer (Robert) of Franklin Grove, Bonnie Albrecht (Steen) of Ashton and Peggy Higby (Ed) of Dixon; and his sister-in-law Joanne Meurer.
