She was predeceased by: her parents, Leslie Swinford and Tressie Swinford (Green); and her siblings, Myron Swinford, Mauvie Lenhart, Mildred Struska and Farie Hildebrand.
She is survived by: her husband Kenneth E. Coffey, Sr.; her grandchildren, Ken Coffey III (Gwen), Kimberly Coffey, Jeremy Coffey (Lisa), Jason Coffey (Connie), Tami Ogden (Rob), Kyle Coffey (Amanda), Kurt Coffey (Kristin), Christina Coffey, Clint Coffey, Laura Johnson (Chris) and Tommy Coffey, Jr.; and her siblings, Melvin Swinford of Charleston, Mona Parker of Lakewood, Marie McGlothlin (Ken) of Jasper and Madonna Coffey (Bill) of Ashmore. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Donations in her honor may be made to the two churches she attended: New Life Fellowship Church in Terre Haute or to the Church of Casey.
