He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Allen and Beatrice Margarete Richey (Shoot); his wife Sandra Graham; and his siblings, Dale Richey, Ethel Woodyard, Irene Woodyard, Glen "Bud" Richey, Erlene Shaffer and Carolyn Johnson.
He is survived by: his sisters, Virginia "Ginny" Brown and Lois Coon. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
