With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dwayne R. Walters of Ashmore, Illinois, born in Charleston, Illinois, who passed away on January 27, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Raye "Bud" and Juretta Joann Walters (Griffith); and his brother William Dean Walters. He is survived by: his son Joshua Walters of Hutton, Illinois; his sisters, Becky Huddleston (Tim) of Ashmore, Illinois and Robin Rennels (Gene) of Ashmore, Illinois; his grandchildren, Jesse of Hutton and Ava Walters of Hutton; and his nieces and nephews, Megan Stratton (Jim) of Lafayette, Miranda Siefferman (Brian) of Charleston, Matt Huddleston (Kelsie) of Tuscola, Mitchell Huddleston (Lacy) of Tuscola, Corey Rennels of Charleston and Codey Rennels (Cassie) of Ottumwa, Iowa.
