He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Alva and Doris Erlene Walters (Reynolds); his spouse Juretta Joann Griffith; his son William Dean Walters; his sister Maxine Hoggard; and his siblings-in-law, Bill Updegraff and Carolyn Walters.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Huddleston (Tim) of Ashmore, Dwayne Walters of Ashmore and Robin Rennels (Gene) of Ashmore; his siblings, Robert Walters (Bev) of Ashmore and Erlene Updegraff of Charleston; and his grandchildren, Matt Huddleston (Kelsie) of Tuscola, Megan Stratton (Jim) of Lafayette, IN, Miranda Siefferman (Brian) of Charleston, Mitchell Huddleston (Lacy Maulding) of Tuscola, Joshua Walters (Carissa) of Hutton, Corey Rennels (Ashtyn) of Charleston and Codey Rennels (Cassie) of Ottumwa, Iowa. He is also survived by eleven great grandchildren.
