She was predeceased by: her parents, Logan Clyde Kimmel and Opal Kimmel (Rush); her husband Alvis Howell; and her sister-in-law Betty Kimmel. She is survived by: her children, Anita Florence (David) of Murphysboro, IL, Alan Kimmel (Angie) of Anna, IL, Connie Howell of Murphysboro, IL and Chandra Stearns (John) of Carbondale, IL.; and her brothers, Jim Kimmel (Faye) of Murphysboro, IL, Howard Kimmel (Cheryl) of Pekin, IL, Wane Kimmel (Juanita) of Murphysboro, IL and Danny Kimmel of Desoto, IL.. She is also survived by five grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
