With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lovie E. Gorr of Ashley, Illinois, born in Salem, Missouri, who passed away on February 12, 2021 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Smith and Sara Esther Smith; her former husband James H. Vance; her husband Alex Gorr; and her daughter Beverly Vance.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Tammy Fulton (Brian) of Ashley, Kelly Fulton of Ashley and Brenda Vance (Jim) of Wood River, IL; her great grandchildren, John Wells (Erica), Ashley Keller, Patricia Fulton (Chris), Cassandra Ferguson (Justin) and Manda Vance; her great great grandchildren, Jaysen Wells, Brant Snyder, Winston Povolish, Wyatt Povolish, Waylon Povolish, Wayden Povolish, Marilyn Ferguson and Sophia Ferguson; and her niece Betty Olchawa (Ron) of Estero, FL. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
