He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Wayne and Cleva Simmons. He is survived by: his daughter Tracy Vickers (Joey) of Cowarts, AL; his grandson Austin Ryver Moore; his siblings, Jay Simmons (Debbie) of Dix, IL, Ryan Simmons (Jamie) of Tamaroa, IL and Tammy Ince of Mt. Vernon, IL; and his niece Ashlie Newcomb.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Washington County Partners for Pets and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
