With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanore E. Smolley (Ashley, Illinois), born in Posen, Illinois, who passed away on April 23, 2021 at the age of 94. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Steve Smugala and Pauline Smugala (Maskasyni); her husband Paul Smolley, Sr.; and her siblings, Anna, Florence Paszkiewicz, Barbara Ryterski, Theresa Chesnek, Adrian Kujawa, Michael and Edmund Smugala.
She is survived by: her son Paul Smolley, Jr. (Judith) of Ashley, IL; her grandchildren, Stephanie Smolley of Ashley, IL, Gregory Smolley (Chastity) of Woodlawn, IL, Jeffrey Smolley (Renee) of Richview, IL and Kimberly Smolley-Todd (Chuck) of Woodlawn, IL; her great grandchildren, Tabitha Taft, Drew Novak, Blake Smolley (Ashley), Ryleigh Rynski (Jake), Dalton Smolley, Haleigh Rynski, Baleigh Todd, Elijah Kirgan and Asia Todd; and her great great grandchildren, Corey, Jullian, Trinity, Hadley, Asher, Moxyn and Adalyn. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Due to Covid-19 health concerns, restrictions will be followed. Face coverings will be required, and social distancing measures will be implemented, with a limited number of visitors in the funeral home at any one time.
