She is survived by: her husband Thomas Richard Hockett Sr.; her children, Thomas Hockett Jr. (Deborah) and Valerie Lamczyk (Micheal); her sister Rhonda Planitz; her grandchildren, KaeLynn Lamczyk, Kane Lamczyk, Kyle Lamczyk, Shawn Hockett and Christopher Rybacki; her godson Jimmy Planitz; and her great grandchildren, Olivia, Scarlett and Brayden. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
