It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cosing Frese of Ashley, Illinois, who passed away on June 7, 2020, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Generoso Alegarbes and Alejandra Alegarbes (Alegado). She is survived by: her husband David Frese of Ashley, IL; her children, Cromwell Baclay (Marites) of Lahaina, Maui and Cozyjane Baclay of Carcar, Cebu; and her grandchildren, Kimberly, Sheena, Melanie, Wally, Vince, Chuck, Holly, Angeline, Mariel and Chad.
Should friends desire, memorials can be made to a charity of the donor's choice and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home, who is assisting the family with arrangements.
