She was predeceased by: her parents, Manley Edmonds and Bernadine Edmonds. She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Starr of Ashley; her daughter Wendy Cobb of Ashley; her stepsons, Jason Starr (Jennifer) of Centralia, IL and Jason Lenzini of Centralia, IL; her grandchildren, Briana Timmons (Blake) and Braden Cobb; her stepgrandchildren, Mackenzie Hodge, Mikayla Starr, Madison Starr, Macy Starr, Aubrey Lenzini and Chloe; and her sister Barb Becker of Mt. Vernon, IL.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family of Brenda Starr and will be accepted by the Campagna Funeral Home.
