He was predeceased by: his half-sisters, Vivian Graham, Georgia Bettis and Mary Besaw. He is survived by: his parents, Marcus Lemiel Lee and Dorothy Marie Brown Schutz; his spouse Wanda F. Davis; his son Bill "Bang" Schutz, Jr. of Ashland; and his cousin Larry Schutz of East Moline. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
