He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Merritt Thompson (Shorty) and Mary Thompson; his wife Lisa Jill Thompson (Ulrich); his children, Brian Thompson (Dianna), Erika Foster (Phil), Whitney Richardson (Bryce) and Jeffery; his grandchildren, Alecia Foster, Brock Foster, Jake Bates, Ty Otto, Anthony Foster, Brystol Richardson, Brylee Richardson and Maddison Orwig; and his siblings, Judy Sarnes (Jerald) of Havana, Mary Wilcoxen of Havana and Merritt Lee Thompson of Chenoa, Illinois..
